五、项目建设条件：唐家河自然保护区是1978年经国务院批准建立的，以保护大熊猫、金丝猴等珍稀动物为主的森林生态综合类国家级自然保护区，区内有大熊猫、扭角羚、金丝猴、珙桐冷杉等多种国家珍稀野生动植物，森林覆盖率达98%，是理想的科研基地，也是游山览胜的风景区。阴平古道是青川境内一处历史上重要的关隘，记载着丰富的三国文化。公元229年，诸葛亮之参军廖化曾屯田戍守于此。该区内的青溪镇历史悠久，古迹众多，有明初建文帝隐居的寺庙“华严寺”、三国诸葛亮屯兵的高岩头、邓艾入川遗迹等众多历史古迹。

七、市场预测：该项目建成后，将成为九寨大环在线又一景区，将分流一部分游人走成都经绵广高速公路下金子山，游此景后到九寨，经济效益十分可观。按分流九寨20%游客计算，景区最低年接待游客将达20万人次，按人均消费400元/天计算，理论年收入8000万元；保守估算，以70%计，年利润6000万元。8年收回投资48000万元。青溪古镇房产交易20000万元，当年可收回投资。
