六、市场预测及经济效益：公园建设完成后，依据游人规模预测，按每年10.7万人次计算，门票收入321万元，住宿收入256.8万元，餐饮收入342.4万元，小卖收入214万元，停车收入3.21万元，各种参与性活动包括荡舟、网球、野营、游乐、参观花卉盆景、根雕、自行车等收入160.5万元。以上合计总收入1297.91万元。森林公园每年支出人员工资24万元，材料消耗273.92万元，设备维修重置及折旧费64.9万元，管理性开支38.94万元，上缴税费103.83万元，总支出505.59万元，获净利792.32万元，内部收益率17.38%，投资回收期10.5年。
