五、项目建设条件：白龙湖风景名胜区位于川、陕、甘三省交汇处，处于212国道在线，是九寨北环在线一颗璀璨的水上明珠。总面积350平方公里，湖水面积75平方公里，属高山峡谷湖泊风光旅游区。景区内山体连绵，林木繁茂，环境优美，气候宜人，有岛屿20余个，最大的阴平岛面积3.5平方公里，岛上最高峰大洼山，海拔892m，有3000亩冷杉林。景区以阴平岛为中心，分湖心、湖东、湖南、湖北五个区域，有“白湖秋枫”、“黄峡探奇”、“青川飞虹”、“栈阁夜月”等十大景观和50多个景点，形成四周青山环抱，湖面烟波浩渺，峡谷山回水转，港叉曲折迂回，岛屿点缀其间的秀美景色。

Construction Contents: develop Bailong Lake scenic spot tourism; build tourist roads, bands, wharfs, amusement center on the water, holiday village; restore the sceneries of the spots; and develop Karst cave.
Construction Conditions: Bailong Lake scenic spot is located in the jointing par t of Sichuan, Shanxi And Gansu provinces, and on the 212 national highway, which is a brilliant pearl on the water in north Jiuzhai circle. With a total area of 350 km2, and a lake area of 75 km2, it is a lake in the valley embraced by high mountains. Inside the scenic spot, there are stretches of mountains, and verdant vegetation. The environment is beautiful, and the climate pleasant. It has mor e than 20 islands, the largest of which is Yinping Island with an area of 3.5 km 2. The highest peak in the island is Dawa Peak of 892m high. 3000 mu fir forest grows there. Taking Yinping Island as the center, the scenic spot is divided int o five regions: lake center, east lake, south lake, west lake and north lake. Th ere are 10 famous sights and more than 50 sceneries, such as "autumn maple in Baihu Lake", "adventure in yellow gorge", "rainbow of Qingchuan", and "cabinet inn in moon night". The green mountain embracing the lake, smokes rising on the lake, springs running in the valley, harbor paths winding, and islands dotting the lake, such scenery is beyond description.

Market Forecast And Economic Benefits Analysis: Bailong Lake is especially appealing to the north tourists. In the recent years (2005), the tourist number per y ear is estimated to be 200,000 (including 20,000 foreign tourists), with an income of 63,000,000 RMB. In the near future (2010), the tourist number will be 300, 000 per year (including foreign tourist 40,000), with a income of 98,000,000 RMB.
